2. Standard: 3-5 business days with shipping and handling at $35.00

 

3. Express: 1-2 business days with shipping and handling at $50.00

LBL offers a flat rate International shipping of $50.00
NOTE: Because items need to clear customs, please allow 10-30 days for arrival of your product. Please also note that external things such as inclement and or climate change, weather or local custom laws in your country may cause delays. Also if you are a overseas LBL customer, note that you may be responsible for any customs fees that may apply to your order, once order arrives in your country.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

LBL Hair Return Policy: LBL has a claims process of 30 days, 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐝, on certified mailed return items. Customers can contact our claims department via telephone, text, email or submit questions via our website and a claims specialist will be happy to assist in answering any question or concerns that you may have. We will address all return claims on a case by case basis. Once LBL has determined that your item is eligible for return, all returns will be processed within 14-30 business days.

Products Damaged Upon Delivery Policy:
LBL
has never had issues with items arriving damaged because we pack with quality. However, we do understand that Carrier mishaps may occur. Please contact us for review if this does happen. NOTE: This Policy Dose Not override our Return or Exchange Policies and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
