How many clip-ins should I order?
We recommend that you purchase the minimum of 2-3 bundles of clip-ins. When purchasing clip-ins(1)quantity is equivalent to one bundle. Which will have a set of 6-7 clip-ins in each bundle! To ensure fullness please order at least 2-3 clip-in bundles at a time!
When reaching out to LBL, when can I expect a response?
Our goal is to respond within 48 hours. However, because of high volume times, it can take up to 72 hours.
If I am a LBL international customer, do I have to pay customs?
Yes! the estimated duties will require payment at Customs.
I have not received my LBL order confirmation, what should I do?
Prior to contacting LBL customer care, PLEASE allow 3-10 business days from the date of your order for processing.
Can I change my LBL order once I’ve placed it?
Once you have placed your LBL order, you will have 24 hours to contact customer care with any changes to your order. After you would need to cancel and place another order! You will receive a Full Refund.

How long does it take to process orders?
Typically processing takes about 3-10 business days before shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy link at the bottom of each page for more information. Our policy explains both Domestic and International shipping.
How many Bundles would I need?
Typically, we recommend 3 bundles with closure/frontal for each non blending hairstyle. If you are blending your natural hair we recommend 3 bundles.
What methods dose LBL used for shipping?
All orders are shipped through USPS.
How do I get featured on LBL IG?
LBL does feature our clients on IG. After purchase, you can post your beauty shot on your IG and tag us, or you can email your IG post. You must submit a high quality photo with at least 1500 pixels. Once submitted, our IG team will review your photo. And our lucky LBL clients will be featured.
How do I become an Ambassador for LBL?
Ambassadors are some of our biggest assets. To become an ambassador you must have an IG handle and be very active on that page, also you must have at least 50k followers. LBL ambassadors must promote all featured products hair, lashes, jeans, and our herbal hair growth serum. LBL hair ambassadors cannot be associated with any other hair companies if selected to become a hair ambassador. All ambassadors benefits include free merch.
